Hi, I’m Alexandra Sorenson — most people call me Alli. I’m a communications and digital media professional with a background in writing, multimedia production, and news-adjacent digital content.

My path into communications started with a love for storytelling and a curiosity about how information connects people. I earned a degree in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina, with a focus in Film and Media Studies, and went on to work across editorial, video, and digital environments where clarity, timing, and audience awareness matter.

Over the years, I’ve supported communications efforts through writing and editing content, producing multimedia assets, and collaborating with teams to ensure messaging is accurate, accessible, and aligned with broader goals. Much of my work has involved translating complex or time-sensitive topics into content that feels clear, engaging, and purposeful across platforms.

I’ve worked in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings that require flexibility, attention to detail, and strong collaboration. I’m especially drawn to communications work that values thoughtful storytelling, consistency, and public engagement.
